Use of the website www.solunitech.com constitutes your consent to this Privacy Policy.

Purpose: processing requests submitted through forms on the homepage and service pages, providing access to strategic sessions, consultations, digital products, and technical services.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or taking pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject.

3.2. Client Communication
Purpose: email correspondence, phone consultations, reminders about scheduled sessions, payment notifications.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Company’s legitimate interest in maintaining contact with the client.

3.3. Website Analytics
Purpose: collecting anonymized visit statistics (Google Analytics, once connected).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — explicit user consent via the cookie banner.

• Expert partners and contractor partners of the Company (SOL, TECH) — to the extent necessary to provide the requested service, based on an agreement between the Partner and the Company.
• Partners selling digital products (Uni) — only with your explicit written consent for the specific product.
• Video hosting providers ensuring video availability for the Company’s audience, including users from different regions — the specific provider may change and is not a subject of this Policy.

When data is transferred to third countries (e.g., the United States), the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-compliant safeguards apply.

5. Personal Data Retention Periods

• Request and communication data: 3 years from the last contact with the data subject.
• Website access logs and IP addresses: 30 days.
• Data on completed orders and services rendered: 10 years (statute of limitations under the Czech Civil Code).
• Upon receipt of a written request for data deletion or withdrawal of consent to processing — data is deleted immediately, except where retention is required by law (accounting records, tax legislation).
